i had been sleeping alot lately.
and i think its been very long since i had slept more than 10 hrs since i had started SIP.
the stress piling up are one of the causes which cause me to become a light sleeper.
although being able to sleep for long is good. there are negative impact too.
i hate the headache that i had when i slept too much.
it just makes me feel that no matter how long i sleep its still not helping, instead its making it worst.
lately had been listening to micheal learns to rock, 2NE1 and my dearest kwon leadah songs.
especially MLTR, their songs are really soothing and relaxing.
everytime listening to their songs allow me to relax a while and forget all the stress i had a moment ago.

oh yeah. the trip to ttsh last friday was amazing.
i had lots of fun in there learning how to differentiate the different consistency o food texture.
and also how to differentiate the different kinds of thickened fluids.
fieldwork is going to start real soon as cover letter are already ready for us.
looking forward to the upcoming fieldwork.
but before that, the questionnaire we did have a few more changes to do before we proceed to it.
its going to be challenging and of course i hope to have lots of fun. =)

it's stable i know.
and im glad it is. =)
