 I feel the fun during this holiday. 5th Sept (Friday) was the night cycling that i am looking forward to so much. Went to watch Flower over boys in the afternoon with SPK and off to TM to meet my SVK. Had our so called dinner and then we set off to school. Night cycling was real fun somemore its my first time went cycle around the whole ubin with my SVK. We are the first group to set off to ubin and also to cycle. The first route was normal road and it seems ok for everyone. The second route all i can say was after the whole thing i felt satisfaction. From dog's barking, rocky road, muddy road and lastly to the tip of the ubin hill. Woots. Everyone got really tired after cycling to the tip. BUT! the whole process was indeed exciting. I managed to overcome all obstacles (as im not really good in cycling) with encouragement from my afa, Melvin. Thanks man! Steamboat at 4am plus was funny as it rained suddenly while all of us were eating. The night cycling officially ended at around 730am if i remembered correctly. All i can say was this night cycling was a great experienced indeed. Especially with SVK. This if the first time all 4 of us went together. Just came back from my niece's baby full month celebration at Aloha Changi. The buffet was awesome. Lots of delicious dishes i ate from there. I can say that this buffet was the best i had eaten. The Menu are: ORIENTAL POPIAH Freshly Prepared Turnip Stew with Prawn, Crushed Peanut, Shredded Egg, Chinese parsley & Garlic Chilli in Spring Roll Skin SIGNATURE NONYA LAKSA Accompanied with Prawn, Beansprout, Egg, Fish Cake and Sambal with Signature Laksa Gravy OTAH BARBEQUE MACKEREL FISH WITH SPICES IN BANANA LEAF COLD DISH CHILLED PRAWN W/ THAI SWEET SPICY DIP, Served In Glass Dish ROAST WHOLE HONEY CHICKEN BRAISED EGG BEANCURD WITH SZECHUAN SAUCE OCEAN FRESH MUSSELS WITH TANGY VIETNAM SAUCE MIXED VEGETABLE WITH BAI LING MUSHROOM BUTTER RICE W/ ASSORTMENT COCKTAIL CRUDITIES (I love this the most!) Celery Stick, Cucumber & Carrot with Tortilla Chip & Tangy Salsa Sauce TROPICAL FRESH FRUIT PLATTER HOT BUBUR CHA CHA (IN SOUP URN) ASSORTED FRENCH PASTRIES COCKTAIL FRUIT PUNCH Those in red was what i had just now. Its so nice that i had a couple of rounds. Cocktail crudities was the best! Salsa sauce with chips, celery sticks and cucumbers was great! =) Upcoming events will be:
