 Feeling so hungry just now. And suddenly thought of korean food. Share with everyone a little knowledge on it ba. ^^ Happy viewing!  Seafood on sticks  chicken + rice cakes + cheeeeese  된장찌게, is a type of beanpast tofuu soup.   SAM GYUP SAL!  RaBokki. It's ramen + dukbokki.  At street vendor. Dukkbokki and fish cake  Spicy Balls? [Forgot whats this le. =X]  At Dong Dae Mun (one of the big markets in Seoul) you can get some street food. This is a corn dog, but with fries on it. [YUMMY~]  Spicy Seafood Udon  Strawberry Smoothie~ =)  bulgogi dosirac (dosirac means lunch box in Korean)  SERVICE!!!! Service basically means free stuff in korean teeheehee. Egg thingie, O-daeng (fish cake), dried squid, and kong-na-mool (bean sprouts). Oh and there was also kimchi, cucumber/squash kimchi, and basic soondooboo soup. ALL FREE.  Kimchi Freid Rice. MY FAV~!!  egg fried rice. Something like chinese style fried rice we normally ate.  Mo-mil naengmyun or something like that. It's naengmyun made with soba noodles.  Is a type of yogurt and this flavor called 'Love Me' or something like that. It's blueberry, raspberry and vanilla swirls .  ICE CREAM FONDUE. Well more than just ice cream, little cake/brownie bites + fruit too.  this was at a special bar called Icebar. Basically the entire place is made of ice.  Dol-sot bibimbap, bibimbap served in a sizzling hot stone pot.  haemul(seafood) pajeon.  DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!  DUNKIN DONUTS!!!!  chocolate, jelly filled, peanut butter, green one is green tea. Looks so tasty. =P  At National Museum of Korea. 자장덥밥, Black bean rice. It's like jjajangmyun but with rice.  bulgogi pizza at Mr. Pizza  Mandoo! Simply dumplings.  flavored shaved ice at a place called CanMore in Shinchon.  부대찌개, Boodae jjigae. The basic background of this soup was that when the Americans initially occupied South Korea, they brought a lot of different ingredients like bacon and hot dogs and since Koreans didn't know what to do with these ingredients they just stuffed them into a pot with kimchi and stuff to make soup. 부대(boodae) means 'camp' and 찌개 means 'soup', so it literally means 'camp soup'.  One serving of 'Camp Soup'.  modern korean food. Must eat this if go korea~.  modern korean food.  SooJeBi 수제비 It's sorta like a dumpling soup.  Ice cream with red mango.  Okonomiyaki at a bar called Izakaya.   Their Traditional BBQ meat style with side dishes.  BANANA MILK!!!!!!!  SOUP~! with lots of ingredients. =]  jjajangmyun!  |
